Sales Executive / Director

We at Validata Group (www.validata-software.com) are looking for new Sales Executives for Europe, based in our Athens offices.

As a Sales Executive, you will be engaged to the Company’s commercial efforts. This includes engaging with clients and prospects, working closely with the Pre-

Sales team to deliver presentations and product demonstrations, providing technical input into the sales process, and assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs.

You will also be instrumental in providing feedback from clients to the Product Development team. This role will involve extensive client-facing activity and travel.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve defined sales targets, execution of sales strategies, qualify leads and establish sales forecast.
  • Engaging with clients & prospects throughout sales process;
  • Delivering presentations & product demonstrations;
  • Assist in responding to RFIs & RFPs
  • Keeping up to date with market & competitor landscape;
  • Engaging with partners
  • Key Skills and Experience

  • An extensive portfolio of sales experience. At least 8-10 years of related experience in the Banking and IT sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to travel abroad.
  • Business Management and Pragmatism. Applying financial drivers and key indicators to deliver change management and business success.
  • Industry Knowledge. Front line experience of Information, Computing and Banking market and especially in the Temenos Core Banking market space.
  • Ability to build board level relationships and successful business partnerships with customers and channel partners
  • Preferably a university education in relevant business / sales disciplines.
