Job description :
To support the IT Requirements definition for an existing Servie Order Management application based on Comptel Fulfillment.
Support of the High Level integration design to integrate SOM with external partners via WebServices.
Low Level design of WebService based Interface with external partners via middle ware layer or direct integration.
Support for Service Projects, promoting OSS guidelines and principles, concepts, standards in relation to all involved parties.
Design, development and deployment of SOM for the functional areas like Service Catalogue, Service Inventory, Service Order Managenent, Provisioning and Activation.
Deployment of Comptel Fulfillment in a cloud environment.
Consuling of the Service Platform owners to guide the design of the Fulfillmet process in the way, that processes are standardized and reusable for upcoming services.
Design of decomposition from Customer Facing Services to Ressource Ressource Facing Services based on the capabilities of the Service Platform and the needs from commercial side, fulfilment driven by catalog
Low Level Design to integrate SOM with other internal applications which are supporting the e2e Fulfillment process Customer Order Management Ressource Inventory Service Platform
Operation of SOM application including 2nd line on duty support
Key Performance Indicators / Key responsabilities and deliverables :
Design and development of Service Order Managent (SOM) based on Comptel Fulfillment incl. integration with external applications like Order Management, Ressource Inventory, Service Platforms, Catlogue Management.
E2E process design for complex fulfilment processes including decomposition rules from Customer Facing Service to Ressource Facing Service
University degree in Technical area (Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems or related field).
Professional knowledge, skills, know how in the field & experience in the field :
Over 5 years of experience in area of ICT, design, development and architecture
Strong OSS knowledge and proven experience
Holistic View of Telecommunication Operational Business Processes
Design and development knowledge of Comptel Fulfillment(Ilink Order Management, SRI, Catalogue, SDK, Integration)
Service Design based on catalogues following the best practices
Design and development of WebService based integration with external applications
Basic knowledge of a privat / public cloud environment
Working in an international organization, cross country and cross culture
Language skills :
English language proficient (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Any additional language from within European DT footprint is beneficial
