As our Bid Manager, your role will be to prepare high quality and compliant bid responses that clearly present our Company’s value proposition.

Specifically, our job opening entails :

Main Responsibilities :

  • You will lead the Bid Management process for selected accounts from start to finish; from bid qualification all the way to bid submission / presentations and contract negotiations
  • You will orchestrate the development of our solutions and strategies while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value proposition with the ultimate goal of securing winning bids!
  • You will oversee all aspects of bid preparation and review the final proposal so to ensure consistency with the pricing proposal
  • The role entails the coordination of contributions from a variety of sources and teams including sales / account management, marketing, product management, finance, legal and technical teams, as well as subcontractors and other 3rd parties
  • This role also entails maintaining and developing company response databases by re-writing / editing proposal responses, re-
  • working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.

  • Developing and maintaining an excellent knowledge of the Lottery and Gaming market : continuously monitor industry developments (i.
  • e. game content, gaming platforms, CRM, PAM, networks), identify all the new trends and keep internal stakeholders (technology, marketing, sales teams) informed

  • You should also need to maintain an excellent knowledge of our Products and Services : review and understand relevant product material (brochures, product descriptions) and update our databases with new product information
  • Finally, you will also support the Sales pipeline management process : provide ad-hoc content & respond to support requests from sales and senior management including preparation of presales material, case studies, presentations, non-
  • papers and other custom work

    Requirements

    You will be a successful candidate, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria :

  • You have earned your Bachelor degree (and ideally, your MSc) in IT, Computer Science or in a relevant are of study
  • You have acquired 1-3 years professional experience as a Bid Manager or a Systems Technical Writer
  • You are familiar with bid management principles, government procurement and public tendering procedures
  • Any professional experience in the Gaming Industry or B2B / B2G customer experience will definitely be appreciated!
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills are, indeed, considered a must for this position!
  • On the personal side, you are a self- motivated person, with strong leadership skills. You are distinguished for your problem solving and decision-
  • making abilities, as well as for your ability to interact and negotiate

  • You thrive in a dynamic, deadline- driven environment, you do not mind working under pressure to meet strict deadlines, always with professionalism and a strong attention to detail
