Service Desk Representative

Based in Paiania, Attica

Our new Service Desk Representative will be in charge of several interesting tasks, like :

  • Effectively manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests received from internal and external customers :
  • Recording / follow up of tickets and all contacts in Service Desk application
  • Coordinate incident investigation and analysis : escalate to appropriate support teams in order to diagnose an incident and restore it
  • Coordinate the resolution and recovery process : follow up as required and inform key stakeholders on resolution progress
  • Coordinate incident closure : verify successful resolution of an incident with internal stakeholders and with Customer
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Service Desk which operates 24 / 7 (shift work)
  • Requirements

    To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria :

  • University Degree or Technical / Vocational Certification in Computing, Electronics or related IT field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Service Desk role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in English & Greek) including the ability to explain technical instructions / details to non-technical users
  • Good understanding of Incident Management tools
  • Availability to work on shifts
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Possess keen attention to detail
  • Team player attitude
