Role purpose : The job holder will be responsible for the sales of Vodafone’s Data networking, fixed telephony & ICT services and solutions (SaaS, IaaS, IoT, Security) to SME & SoHo customers, in cooperation with the business sales teams and the commercial partners.

The role is based at Vodafone Thessaloniki premises.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

  • Clients and sales plans analysis
  • Client’s needs investigation
  • Cooperation with the technical and marketing departments for the creation of technical / commercial proposals
  • Presentation of services and solutions to customers
  • Direct sales of services and solutions to customers
  • Handling the cooperation with selected customers and the achievement of commercial targets
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
  • Experience in the design of solutions and sales support for telecom services and / or IT / ICT services
  • Marketing and Sales methods awareness
  • Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external collaborators & customers.
  • Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
  • Strong results orientation and flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

    Essential :

  • University degree in Telecoms or IT
  • Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language
  • Desired :

  • Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications or IT
