We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Finance & Accounting Manager join our successful team at Hilti’s Australian head office.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function with accountabilities for ensuring compliance with the group month-
end, year-end reporting timetable, accurate financial and management reporting, compliance with all tax and statutory obligations, maintaining an efficient and reliable payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices, leading and supporting process and business improvement initiatives, and business partnering to support informed and value-added decision making.

What does the role involve?
As a leader within Hilti’s head office, you will drive your team with a balance of both a strategic and grass roots approach to leadership.
The position requires strong business and financial acumen with a practical focus, exceptional stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills, a passion for business improvement, getting things done, and a proven ability to lead a team, develop and coach people.
These skills will ensure the FAM can deliver accurate and reliable reporting, directly impacting and influencing business decisions.
