term planning and marketing communication activities for some critical nutrition emerging brands in Canada.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Nutrition & Partnership Brands this position is accountable to champion the long-
term planning of our #1 nutrition priority growth brand in Naked, and chart the direction of KeVita in fast growing Kombucha category, and O.
N.E. Coconut Water. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring we have long-term strategies and innovation grounded in consumer insights, while also ensuring that our consumer communication breaks-
through. The role will also be accountable for the total New Product Development Process, and Graphics for PepsiCo Beverages Canada.
As a change leader, influencer, and strong brand marketer, you will be responsible for building a strategic vision, setting the agenda and ensuring strength of execution to deliver results.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Lead the planning process (Bus Review through to AOP) for the Emerging Nutrition Brands including Naked, KeVita and O.
N.E , including the Innovation pipeline through NPD
Lead the innovation pipeline ensuring it is robust and consumer validated
Independently lead the development and execution of marketing plans for the portfolio
Wire and collaborate with the US and The Global Nutrition Group to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment for growth maximization
Manage, motivate, coach and develop world class talent
Lead the New Product Development Process for PBC, collaborating with all key functions and sr leadership
Support Packaging Manager on the PBC Graphics & Commercialization agenda for PBC
Play an active role on the PBC MLT (Marketing Leadership Team)
Liaise with Sales Strategy, Food Service and Shopper Marketing teams on programs
Maintain strong agency relationships
Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure coordination of activities and timely execution of programs
Develop new opportunities for the portfolio that reinforce brand equity
Lead communication with Field & Retail Sales organization on brand initiatives
Monitor performance of the portfolio on a period basis and course correct when needed
Qualifications / Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Undergraduate / Graduate Degree (Business / Marketing degree preferred)
10+ years Marketing experience in the CPG industry
Experience and passion for charting the course in growth segments / categories is critical
Demonstrated ability to win through superior consumer marketing
Proven results in managing multi-brand portfolios
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels
Proven ability to lead agency relationships to achieve gold standard results
Business savvy and an opportunity seeker
5+ years demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing
