Our position : Summary
Promoting Barry Callebaut sales by visiting customers and presenting BC value proposition
Managing Distributors and other business partners in Greece
Acquisition of new clients, distributors and re-structuring of the distribution channels in the country (by brand and sub-
region). Enabling further development of our positioning in market (market intel, direct customer interaction )
Preparation of a marketing strategy with the regional marketing team and executing the agreed action plan in the field
Description of Tasks
and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Develop Chef to Chef relationships and engage in Chef Associations to build brand awareness and usage opportunities.
Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
Your profile :
Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
3-4 years of relevant working experience in Sales, preferably in a multinational FMCG company
Commercial skills (presenting, discussing, negotiating)
Knowledge of the chocolate / gourmet industry is a plus
Being open to and adapting quickly to new sales and marketing approaches
Fluent English and Greek
