  • Building strong relationships with pharma customers in the area of responsibility / coverage
  • Implementing the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
  • Ensuring excellent in store execution by building the distribution of Health Business Unit products and by implementing the recommended planograms in all customers of area coverage, in line with picture of success
  • Monitoring and delivering business results in promoting RB name and products
  • Planning and tracking daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities to deliver monthly volumes by reaching objectives
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure a long term business growth and customers’ loyalty
  • A fantastic opportunity for a Pharma Sales Representative to join our Sales team As a Pharma Sales Representative you will be responsible for the area sales and market share achievements in the Pharma Channel for the area of Athens and its surroundings operation.

    Key parts of this role will include :

  • Is this You?

  • University Degree / Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • Experience as a Sales Representative (Pharma channel experience would be considered as desirable)
  • Fluency in English
  • IT literate - understanding of MS Office
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
