Job Descriptions

Join our family at Amanzoe as a Sales & Events Senior Coordinator. The incumbent will be responsible to develop and foster business through pro-

active direct sales and social media handling, and will be in charge for group reservations and events handling, focusing on tailoring our provisions to the needs of our guests.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for :

  • Hold all site inspections and client entertainment as required and be the intermediate between agencies / DMCs and Head Offices for contracting
  • Produce sales activity reports as required
  • Handling all group reservation enquiries and bookings
  • Handling the administration of all hotel events
  • Handling of Social Media under the guidance of HC
  • Ensure that all paperwork / reporting associated with reservations and sales is processed quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure the maximization of occupancy by Assisting Regional Revenue Dept to optimize rates wherever needed by checking rates plan vs occupancy Checking profiles of each upcoming guest to assess his potential (repeater / connections etc) so as to make special rates or offers.
  • Checking daily room allocation along with Reservations Conducting sales calls and represent Amanzoe in exhibitions / sales trips whenever required (1-2 times / year)

    You will need to have

  • A relevant graduate degree, or equivalent in Hotel or Business School / University.
  • Fluent written and verbal ability in Greek and English. Other languages are desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations would be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, together with a direct knowledge of social media channels in regular business use, are mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Reservations Software (Opera) would be considered as an asset.

  • Strong organization and administration skills and being multitasking is required
  • This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece.

    While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.


    Employment Duration : 12 Months employment

    Location : Hotel Based, Porto Heli - Greece / eligibility to travel whenever required
