Join our family at Amanzoe as a Sales & Events Senior Coordinator. The incumbent will be responsible to develop and foster business through pro-
active direct sales and social media handling, and will be in charge for group reservations and events handling, focusing on tailoring our provisions to the needs of our guests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for :
Checking daily room allocation along with Reservations Conducting sales calls and represent Amanzoe in exhibitions / sales trips whenever required (1-2 times / year)
You will need to have
Knowledge of Hotel Reservations Software (Opera) would be considered as an asset.
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece.
While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
Employment Duration : 12 Months employment
Location : Hotel Based, Porto Heli - Greece / eligibility to travel whenever required
