Position summary : In this challenging position, you are responsible for selling CSL Behring s products to customers within a defined sales territory.
You will execute the Commercial Operations strategy and take appropriate steps to meet short and long term objectives of the business such as sales, growth, market acceptance & market penetration in coordination with the superior.
In addition, you will provide Field Intelligence Information necessary for timely and appropriate commercial actions. Main tasks and responsibilities : Promoting products to customers with an effective scientific communication using the promotional tools provided by our Marketing team Conducting Sales presentations in hospital clinics Building up and maintaining a strong, long term relationship with customers and KOLs Implementing key marketing programs to increase market share of key promoted products in order to achieve strategic objectives Anticipating and effectively handling all customers’ objections & concerns Responsibility for reasonable use and control of the yearly individual A&P budget Participating in national and international congresses / meetings that are relevant to the CSL Behring products, within or outside the own area of responsibility Responsibility for the process of the inclusion of new products in the hospital formularies Maintaining a constant relationship with the administration and the Finance Department of the hospitals in order to have a close view of the payments and the debts of each hospital Consistent documentation of customer contacts via Compass Frequent exchange with head office & fellows Collecting & communicating competitive intelligence information sales force meetings Executing inquiries from the head office Acting completely abide by the CSL Code of Conduct & adhere to all company policies that are relevant to the position Qualifications : University Degree in Scientific Discipline, ideally including a post-
graduate degree Min. of 4 years of experience in sales of hospital specialty pharmaceutical products, preferably in a multinational company Strong understanding of the targeted diseases and a solid ability to communicate product benefits and disease management information to customers Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geographic territory Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written) High level of computer knowledge-
