We are looking for a self-starter and motivated Operations Specialist to join our Viva Tickets team in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of our services acting as the point of contact between departments.
The role will be reporting to Viva Services Director.
More specifically, as an Operations Specialist you will :
Perform system monitoring and act when necessary;
Manage daily settlement of payments;
Pinpoint cases that need manual handling and act accordingly;
Ensure the detection and prioritization of incidents are effectively applied;
Provide notifications and updates on all incidents within established service levels;
Perform system testing;
Propose enhancements to the product team;
Provide cross departmental support;
To be considered, you should have :
Degree in engineering technical course;
2-3 years of related experience;
High attention to detail;
Good interpersonal skills and team orientation;
Previous experience in CRM;
Previous experience working with Jira or similar ticketing tools;
Excellent use of Greek and English;
Proven to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently;
Skills with use of Microsoft Word Office Suite, particularly Excel;
Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
