Position Description

Customers are the lifeblood of our company and we’re looking for results-driven Product Specialists to engage, support, and enable our customers to fully utilize our platform.

You won't be just someone that talks to customers for us so we don't have to. Your ability to help customers succeed with their talent development will have a direct and visible impact to Schoox's bottom line.

For us, outstanding customer service is a measurement of our success.

You will be tasked with supporting our users and helping our customers to intergrate a great platform. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to streamline process and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business.

You will be the human face behind an amazing product and you will need to support users when they run into trouble. You will become the person they rely on to get an important job done well.

The most important though is that you will be the reason we get comments like these in our email every day :

Requirements

The ideal candidate exhibits the following qualities :

  • Experience You have experience in customer support or account management.
  • Technical skills You are very familiar with online software (SaaS) products and services, broadly defined. You are comfortable using modern productivity tools, and you can understand / learn our product well enough to be able to explain and sell it to others.
  • A technical background (CS, Math, Engineering) would be highly appreciated.

  • Personal skills You are a pleasant and patient communicator. We have a passion for happy customers and we communicate with respect and timeliness.
  • English Language - You should be excellent in English.
  • Academic Qualifications You have a University degree
