The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, training, maintaining, and generating sales of ESET security solutions through VARs and System Integrators.
This role requires an individual with IT channel development experience. The successful Channel Manager will be skilled in prospecting and qualifying partners, pipeline development as well as partner and lead management.
This is a quota driven sales position.
Achieve & exceed revenue targets.
Manage, recruit and train partners to successfully promote ESET's security solutions.
Conduct joint onsite end-user sales calls with partner to ensure timely closure of business.
Manage key customer relationships at executive and senior management level.
Work with marketing to implement the channel marketing program for the assign territory.
Represent company at regional trade shows.
Regular business reviews with the partners.
Track all lead and opportunity activity within pipeline and manage reporting using CRM.
Maintain channel partner and end user account information in CRM.
Degree in IT, business or other related specialty.
Three years of channel management experience, with preference in the IT industry.
Excellent presentation and business communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
Knowledge of IT security concepts or prior experience of the IT Security market will be considered an asset.
Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
