About the role
We are working on expanding Welcome Hotel and B&B partners network in Czech Republic and are looking for a Czech speaking Inside Sales Representative based in Athens / Greece, who will identify growth opportunities, manage an efficient sales funnel and increase Welcome partnerships in assigned cities.
Do you have a strong desire to contribute to Welcome growth? Do you have great communication skills and resourcefulness?
If yes, you might be the person we are looking for to launch new partnerships faster than anybody else.
What you'll do :
Generate new business opportunities and manage pipeline
Outbound communication via cold calling and emails to identify potential leads
Organize sales calls, web demos and sales visits
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Share best practices and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness in partnerships closing
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly KPIs
Complete operational tasks related to sales closure and new partnerships launch
Participate actively in the preparation and handling of negotiations with potential partners
Work side by side with the international team in everyday operations
Collect market / industry feedback and present new business opportunities
