Job Description

Subject matter expert and ownership of data inputs and outputs relating to pay practices and complex sales compensation calculations and payroll of $1.

2B for 20,000 Front-line Sales Representatives including annual merit increases on 17,000 individualized target pay amounts.

Maintain the sales tenure and KPI performance appraisal data through monitoring data feeds, troubleshooting, data audits, and issue resolution.

Conduct analysis and data modeling to link pay to performance, assess budget or EE pay impact, and support field and business data requests.

Manage change projects involving system enhancements and new functionality with an external vendor and internally with IT.

Qualifications / Requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Administration of Frontline Sales Compensation programs
  • Management of all IT systems data input and compensation vendor data outputs to internal systems through data audits, troubleshooting, and problem solving
  • Administration of compensation program policy for setting individualized target pay amounts, sales tenure, and performance appraisal scores for 20,000 Sales Representatives in multiple programs
  • Support design and construction of transformational automated EE route assignment, absence tracking, and pay protection process solution
  • Project Management of change requests
  • Transition eligible Employees and associated input data accurately between compensation programs and geographical realignments / reengineering
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data challenges to insure accurate and timely payments
  • Execute business / HR approved pay protections to minimize Employee pay impacts
  • Field issue resolution support for pay calculations, exception processing, sales adjustments, and KPI metrics
  • Educational Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Finance preferred
  • Work Experience :

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR, Finance, Payroll, Compensation, or accounting functional roles preferred
  • Field Sales Experience a plus
  • Highly Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relocation Eligible : Not Eligible for Relocation
