Education / Background :

Bachelor on Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Professional Experience :

  • Minimum 5, ideally 8 to 10 years of working experience on Siebel CRM implementations and especially in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Oracle Sales Cloud Applications implementation experience would be considered as a strong asset.

  • Knowledge of Telco architecture and experience with key areas within Telecommunication Company (CRM, Rating, Billing, Mediation, Middleware and Provisioning) is an advantage
  • Extensive background across multiple Siebel modules with recent experience in Siebel Open UI.
  • An excellent understanding of Siebel application architecture, Siebel data model, configuration tools,
  • adaptors to interface with external devices, and Siebel server side processes.
  • Experience in below areas :
  • Siebel Tools,
  • Siebel-Product Catalogue (configuration, rules definition and scripting),
  • Siebel OpenUI,
  • Siebel-Workflow Manager
  • Siebel-Assignment Manager
  • E-scripting and VB scripting
  • Strong awareness of building solutions combined with the ability to advise customer on a solution driven cloud implementation approach

    Consulting experience to develop successful architectures on projects with complex business requirements

    Ability to work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to propose the best solution to cover customer’s requirements

    Experience on international projects would be also a strong asset.

    Role / Responsibilities :

  • Being point of reference with the Customer for the analysis phase and the gathering of business
  • Performing design activities and creating / finalizing the proposed technical architecture
  • Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
  • Preparation and continuous update of documentation deliverables
  • Participation on SIT and UAT processes
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
  • Ability to understand the real requirement of the customer.
  • Ability to explain and present in a detailed and clear manner any suggested solution, workaround or functionality or feature related to the area
  • Excellent collaboration skills and team spirit
  • Able to travel around 50% across Middle East

    An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product / technology family.

    Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

    Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

    Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

    May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

    May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.

    Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

    6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

    Ability to travel as needed.
